As a busy conference venue in central London, we understand how stretched for time you are and we want to make you as efficient as possible. Conference season is coming and we have the perfect package to help. Here are three reasons to book a conference in January.

1. IT’S A GREAT WAY TO KICK-START THE YAR

January is a great time for a conference as everyone returns to work refreshed and ready to take on the year ahead. You will find your delegates will be incredibly engaged and have a bounce in their step as they have had time to recuperate.

Full venue hire* of our conference venue in central London is included in our great package meaning you have access to the beautiful Ballroom, Old Billiard Room and Annex. Moving around the spaces will be great for those New Year’s resolutions your delegates will make about doing more exercise.

2. Healthy conference food will go down a storm

As a conference venue in central London, we understand that costs can quickly add up once you include food and coffee breaks.

Food-obsessed, events specialists AlchemyLive are always on hand and can cover all aspects of event planning including healthy and fresh cuisine. New Year will bring out the health fanatic in your delegates and having high quality, good food will please even the fussiest of eaters.

An example of a conference menu could be:

‐Arrival coffee break with protein balls

‐Mid-morning coffee break with granola bars

‐New Deli Style 2 course buffet lunch including soft drinks

‐Afternoon coffee break with carb-free cakes

3. We can save you both money and time with our January package

Our fantastic January conference package from £95 per person* includes:

-Venue hire**

-Food such as the example above

-AV production package

-Your own sales and event manager

-Waiting and bar staff

-Linen, crockery and cutlery

-Security

As we work with a great production team, Blue Hut Productions, the AV set up includes; screen (either 10ft x 6ft or 10ft x 5.6ft), projector, PA system and a technician.

All of our large spaces are fitted with our Intelligent Lighting system, which can be used to alter moods and energy i.e. blue is used to awaken, yellow will make guests happy. This is great for when people have to travel or you want to revive your delegates.

The technician can also control the Intelligent Lighting system meaning you have nothing to worry about on the day.
