Top tips: How to make the most of your event

With the event off-peak time of the year ahead, we give you some tips on how booking with us in June and July can have some huge advantages even on a tight budget.

1​​​​​. Always be honest with your budget:

No London venue wants to turn away business especially in off-peak times of the year (for us it is June and July) or at short notice on quiet days. We offer a personalised service to our clients so aim to find a way to work with our clients and the budget they have.

2. Short notice isn’t an issue:

Don’t be afraid to ask us if you need to arrange an event in a short amount of time! You could get more for your money because venues are more likely to negotiate. Our event managers at AlchemyLive are great at producing amazing things such as goody bags and centre pieces even on a tight budget and are capable of doing so last minute. They have been known to do a wedding with a two week turnaround and a conference for 350, live streamed to 15 different locations around the world with a 3 week turnaround (just don’t tell them I told you that!).

3. Bigger is better:
